ATV 2 persons: US$ 229 per ATV
ATV 3 persons: US$ 325 per ATV
ATV 4 persons: US$ 425 per ATV
For each ATV booked, you bring one driver who is 21 yr. or older and holds valid driver’s license.

When booking, you make a down payment of US$ 45, US$ 65 or US$ 85 per ATV. For the remainder you will receive a payment request via email one or two days in advance.

Location & Transportation

West: The West Tour departs from the parking lot at Dreams Curacao Resort, Piscadera on the west side of town.

East: The East Tour departs from Caracas Bay (next to the traffic circle), on the east side of town near Jan Thiel.

No transfer is offered, there is a parking lot (free) at both locations.

Choice of 2 tours: West or East

This small-scale ATV tour is a real winner. You go out with up to 5 ATVs (+ the guide), so the guide has plenty of time for everyone along the way as well. After checking in, you’ll get an explanation about the buggy so everything is safe. And then quickly hit the road!
Which of the 2 tours will you choose?

West tour

First you drive from Dreams Curacao on the public road to the north, where near the airport you drive onto the plain of Hato. This is where the fun begins! This area, also called ‘the mini desert of Curacao’ is a wonderful terrain where the ATVs come into their own. The sandy paths with potholes and bumps are ideal for fun cruising. If it has been dry for a while, the dust crawls up into your pores; if it has rained heavily recently, the mud splashes around your ears. Halfway, you stop to visit an ancient cave.
After leaving the sandy plain behind you, you take the public road from the north coast to the south coast. At Kokomo Beach you will have the opportunity to jump into the sea to wash off all the dust and mud. During the last stretch from Kokomo back to Dreams Resort you stop at St. Michiel to spot the flamingos.

East tour

Departure is from Caracasbaai (at the traffic circle). The first stop is soon: a beautiful viewpoint from Jan Thiel, where you have a magnificent view of the coastline and the Caribbean Sea.
At the famous “I ♥️ Curaçao” bench, so already a nice photo opportunity for Instagram.
After the photos quickly on to the mysterious Cave of Doom, a natural cave where you will certainly be impressed by the power of nature. A still quite hidden place that you will not visit easily otherwise!
Now it is time to really go off-road. You head north, past the huge windmills. Through dust, over rocks: hold on to your handlebars!
Finally to Playa Kanoa, really the only accessible beach on the north coast. A nice place to get a breath of fresh air, all the dust out of your hair. Just relax after the intense off-road driving.

Which ATV tour do you choose?

To help you a little with choosing which tour is the most fun for you:
The West tour takes half an hour longer and is a bit more driving through dust and sand (the “mini desert” of Curacao). The East tour is definitely also off-road (more over rocks/stone) with a bit more eye for the surroundings as well. On both tours you will go off-road about the same amount and the last stop is a beach to relax from the fun but strenuous tour.

Ride along with tour guide?

Sometimes the composition of your group is just a little inconvenient and you are short on space for one person. We can solve that! One person can join the tour guide as a passenger (rate US$ 80). If you want this, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Other info

– Grease yourself well against the sun. You don’t have a roof on your ATV so you are in the sun full-time. Put on a cap (backwards otherwise it will blow off) and put sunscreen on your legs as well because they get a lot of sun as well.
– Put on your swimwear at home, under your regular clothes. At Kokomo Beach you can rinse off the dust in the sea, so it’s nice to walk into the sea with your dirty clothes on and not have to change in a changing room first.
– Especially with mud (after heavy rain), there is a chance that the splatters will not be completely washable from your clothes. So don’t put on your newest clothes.
