- Language: The walking tour is normally given in Dutch. As more and more non-Dutch-speaking visitors come to Curaçao, guests who don’t understand Dutch join the tour more often. Ideally, each tour is given in one language everyone understands well, but that isn’t always possible. In that case the guide finds a middle way; since many Dutch people also speak English, the tour is then often given in English.
