This field trip is conducted by Third Monkey Shooting. By participating in any session, training or course, you automatically agree to the following:
- Despite the fact that instructors at Third Monkey Shooting maintain safety as prio 1 during each stage, each participant is fully responsible for any injury or damage to his/her belongings.
- Also, each person is responsible for not participating in any session, training or course under the influence of intoxicants. Should this be noticed, the session, training or course will be stopped immediately and the cost will be recovered from that person (or persons).
- Persons participating in a session, course or training should strictly follow the instructions of the instructor(s). If not, the session, training or course will be stopped immediately and the costs will be recovered from the person(s) involved.
- Third Monkey Shooting strives to offer you pleasant learning and performance conditions under applicable safety rules and instructions. Under no circumstances can Third Monkey Shooting and/or NaarCuracao.com be held liable for damages suffered (in any form) before, during or after this activity.
