Kyrzah is a young woman who loves children. Despite her young age, she already has quite a bit of experience in childcare. She’s worked as a teacher at preschools and playgroups, and she also has nearly 10 years of experience as a babysitter in people’s homes, caring for children ages 0 to 10.
Kyrzah has already looked after the children of many tourists and has built up quite a reputation!

Babysitting & combing

Kyrzah isn’t the kind of babysitter who just lets the kids do their own thing while she’s glued to her phone. On the contrary! Kyrzah is always actively engaged with the kids, of course tailoring her activities to their ages, preferences, abilities, and the location.
One of Kyrzah’s favorite activities is helping girls “fuss over” their hairstyles—combing their hair, braiding it, and putting it in ponytails. You can book this as an add-on with Kyrzah, and she’ll provide the hair products herself.

Nanny with own car

A big advantage of Kyrzah as a babysitter is that she has her own car. Many babysitters on Curaçao use public transportation (the taxi vans), which means you can never be sure exactly what time they’ll arrive at your door. You wouldn’t be the first person whose night out has been ruined because the babysitter showed up late. With Kyrzah, you don’t run that risk.

Rate

Kyrzah charges a fair rate for a night of babysitting:
There is a starting rate of NAF 10, regardless of how long the babysitting lasts. The hourly rates are as follows:
– For one child: NAF 20 per hour
– For two children: NAF 20 per hour
– For three children: NAF 30 per hour
– For four or five children: NAF 35 per hour
– If you’d also like hair styling as a fun extra activity, that’s available starting at NAF 25.
There is a maximum of 5 children per babysitter. If you’d like to arrange childcare for more children, that’s possible, but two or more babysitters will be required.

Kyrzah is available for babysitting assignments throughout Curaçao. If the location is outside the city, an additional fee for gas may apply.

Qualified nanny

Because Kyrzah works in childcare, she meets all the requirements for this profession. She has a Certificate of Good Conduct and Kyrzah also has a diploma in First Aid for Children.

In addition to speaking Dutch and Papiamento fluently, Kyrzah also speaks excellent English and Spanish. And if you’re visiting Curaçao with a large group, that’s no problem either: Kyrzah has plenty of fellow babysitters, so she can arrange for childcare at multiple locations at the same time.
